Job description


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Management Intern to join our team and assist with various administrative tasks. As a Real Estate Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting various functions of our operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop essential skills in administration and organization in Real Estate management.


Potential Responsibilities May Include:

Filing and Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Ensure documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Assist in archiving and disposing of outdated records as per company policies.

Reconciling and Data Entry:

  • Assist with reconciling financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Help identify discrepancies and work to resolve them promptly.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Manage calendars, send reminders, and update schedules as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support such as responding to emails, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested.
  • Collaborate to support ongoing projects and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, or office management experience, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc...).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
